After a bad break up I usually do something a little out of the ordinary -- splurge on some cute shoes, go out for a night of good, raucous fun, etcetera. Miley Cyrus, who just split with Justin Gaston, decided to get her nose pierced. She posted a pic of herself on Twitter, rocking a pair of sunglasses and a little silver stud in her right nostril.
