The Coney Island Mermaid Parade is awesome because people get half-naked and make elaborate, sparkly costumes. We did a slideshow of this year's parade and as you can see, it's amazing. What's even more amazing are Nathan's cheese fries. Nothing like enjoying a hot dog and cheese fries on a syringe-infested beach. [Coney Island]
