What Amelia Is Wearing Today

Notes: I'm back from France where I had the time of my life! It was very "When Stella Got Her Groove Back," only with baguettes and wine and French men. More on that later. But I scored this shirt at a great French chain called COS, which is like their slightly more upscale version of H&M. I'm seriously digging the orchid-esque print. And these jeans have a France-related story as well. I was getting on my flight from Rekjavik to Paris when I took a little tumble (in my defense, some snow from outside had made its way inside and I slipped on a patch). On board the plane I noticed that my J. Crew jeans with the zipper that I wear all the time had ripped a crazy huge hole right under my butt cheek. I changed into my other pair of J. Crew jeans and was forced to wear them for a good portion of my trip -- the trouble is, they are really tight and got only tighter as I ate and drank my way through the city. So finally I decided to buy a pair of jeans that were more comfy and ended up with this straight leg pair from Zara. Sweet relief! Anyway, as for these shoes, they are the silver version of the oxblood pair I got from Shoe Mint a few months ago. I scored these on super sale.
