I love this Big & Bright Eyeliner pencil because it's super-soft, comes with an amazing smudging tip to blend, and it's free of ingredients that could potentially irritate my sensitive, contacts-wearing eyeballs. You're not supposed to but I sometimes use it on my waterline, shhhhh! It claims to make your eyes look whiter and brighter, which is not unusual for a blue liner but I don't really see how it would work with other shades so whatever.
