I love the concept of this pencil, which is really a gel liner housed in an easily sharpened pencil with a tapered brush at the end. It's so awesome! You put it on just like a pencil and then you can pull it out in a cat eye, blend it to smoke, or leave it crisp. The only reason this Gel Liner Pencil isn't my best friend is because after a few hours, it smudges no matter what I do. However, I am in possession of what have to be the oiliest eyelids on the planet, so this liner could be a game-changer for someone whose eyelids, unlike mine, like to stay dry. [$32, Barney's]
