Inner Rim Liner

Many makeup artists recommend using a white pencil to line the inner rim of your eye, but I prefer a flesh-toned or light pink shade because it looks more natural. Pull down on your lower lid and gently line your lower water-line from inner to outer corner. It instantly brightens the face and gives a wide-awake look, like you're actually well-rested instead of doing what you were actually doing all night, which is drinking.
