Lydia Carranza of California is another lucky woman who survived a gunshot wound thanks to her breast implants. While working at her dental office job, the husband of one of her co-workers, who had recently asked for a divorce, stormed in with a semiautomatic assault rifle. His murdered his wife and shot Carranza in the right arm and the chest — but her boob job saved the day. "I saw the CT scan. The bullet fragments were millimeters from her heart and her vital organs.
