Outfit Notes: This morning, I had just this cute tank top dress on, but as I was checking my Twitter feed as I walked out the door I was alerted by a follower that it was actually rather chilly out. I came back and grabbed this gray sweater, only because I couldn't find its black counter part, and I'm glad I did. NYC weather has been so strange this summer.
