Bradley Cooper as War Machine. It looks like Don Cheadle is here to stay as Iron Man's right hand man, War Machine. But if they did decide to do another flip-flop, Bradley Cooper may be a good fit for the sidekick robot suit. He and Robert Downey Jr. could have fun together, and I wouldn't mind seeing what Cooper looks like in uniform as well.
