Rosie was a relative unknown until 2008, when she scored her big break by way of the opportunity of a lifetime: Burberry's chief creative director, Christopher Bailey, chose the Victoria's Secret catalogue model to replace Agyness Deyn in the British fashion house's fall/winter ad campaign. It was all uphill from then on, with a British Vogue cover following shortly thereafter. Now Rosie is practically a household name, nearly as ubiquitous a model as her VS Angel counterparts Alessandra Ambrosio or Adriana Lima, and it shouldn't take any more than a look at her to fathom what makes her a star (here's a hint: it's not "Transformers").
