Former "Full House" middle sister Jodie Sweetin might have amassed a small fortune as a child actor, but after becoming a mother and a meth addict, her financial affairs weren't doing so well. Sweetin said, "Our house is in foreclosure, our water has been shut off twice. Currently, all of our other utilities are overdue."
