Bad: Katy Perry

I take many — many — sartorial issues with Katy Perry, not the least of which is her penchant for candy-colored, über-fake hair. Her recent black-to-blue transition has her do looking beyond fried and her roots making a desperate bid for freedom. It's a pretty color, but it's just too much.
