Good: Kate Moss

I'll admit — I allow Kate some liberties that I wouldn't grant anyone else. The boss accents her usual ashy, flaxen blonde with hints of a cool grey that I think are actually pretty nice. Sure, it's gray, and Kate isn't exactly eighteen anymore, but the soft shading complements (and isn't actually too far from) her natural shade.
