Good: Juliette Lewis

For some reason, this look on Juliette really charms me. It helps that she's known for her offbeat nature, so it isn't beyond what's expected of her. The blue is so dark it could look black in certain lighting, but with her olive skin and dark features, it actually looks really classy.
