Neon Yellow

China Glaze, Celtic Sun
The trickiest of the neons, yellows are most often the duds. Do not even try to apply any brand without coating your nail first with an opaque white or nude. The finest yellow I’ve been able to find is China Glaze’s “Celtic Sun.” It’s the best of the worst.
