Firework Nails — Step 1

Step 1: First, paint a base coat and two coats of  a black polish like Essie “Licorice.” Let them dry. Then, paint a corner of a make up sponge with a sheer metallic like Essie “Steel-ing The Scene.” Dab it on in a clockwork motion in a section of your nail. It should leave a sheer-ish, shimmering circle like the smoke from the fireworks.
