DIYing It: Holey Tee (Win It!)

Lay the garment flat and find the beginning of your dots. Taking a small amount of fabric, do a twist/pinch with the dot in the center. Using your sharp scissors, snip the tip of the twisted fabric. Do not worry about the holes being different sizes or shapes -- one of the great things about a shirt like this is its distressed look; each weird hole makes it look that much more deliberate. After cutting the holes, I recommend doing a quick hand wash so the holes will curl into themselves a little -- each time you wash this shirt it will look better.
