In case you missed it, there was an entire episode this season on "The Real Housewives Of Orange County" dedicated to Alexis Bellino and her deviated septum/rhinoplasty. No need to watch it. She cried a lot. Then the doctor showed the disgusting, slimy thing that came out of her sinuses to prove how "necessary" her nose job really was. I still think about it and shudder.
