Why am I not surprised that Chanel Iman's 21st birthday party today is taking place on a private island? The model has rented a small island off the coast of Jamaica where she'll be ringing in legal drinking age with a reggae-themed bash. If that doesn't sound like one poppin' party, I don't know what does.
