Record producer and songwriter Phil Spector was convicted of first degree murder after he "accidentally" shot nightclub hostess and actress Lana Clarkson in the mouth while she was at his mansion. Apparently, it was common for Spector to hold women who wanted to leave his house at gunpoint. [CNN]
