Pinch, Twist & Push
Take all your bangs in one hand and pinch it between your fingers just past the tease. Then, at that pinch point, twist the tail on the whole shebang. At this point, the pomp with look tight and a little flat. So, you gotta push it real good! With your fingers still pinching the twist, just slide the pomp forward for maximum poof.
