Bianca Balti

Bianca Balti has a face that I would like to replace my own with. Seriously. She's all-around perfection — what can I say? This dress was a lot of look, and those earrings are even more, but her gorgeous, thick wind-swept hair and berry-stained lips are all but distracting. The things I would do for that lustrous mane! I love the look of her thick, winged liner on top with the contrast of a completely bare lower lid. It recalls Sophia Loren who, coincidentally, is Bianca's fellow Italian.
