Stunning Bollywood star (and former Miss World) Aishwarya Rai has always had the best eyeliner, because really, who does that inky, smudgy kohl better than Indian women? She has received quite a bit of flack recently for — gasp — not returning to a size 0 immediately after having a baby. I mean, come on. Anyway, this makeup is a little more theatrical than what I would normally enjoy, but Aishwarya's bronze complexion is the perfect canvas upon which to execute a heavily winged black stroke and caramel-nude lips.
