There are a lot of circumstances in which it totally makes sense for a man to take his shirt off in public. Going for a run on a hot day ... taking a swim in the ocean or another body of water ... on the cover of a magazine. But there are also times when I come across photos of male celebs in a state of partial undress and I'm like, "That looks odd."
