Mexican actress Fernanda Romero and her husband Kent Ross were recently arrested for falsifying love or whatever the legal jargon that is. The couple is being taken to court because they are believed to have entered into a sham marriage so Fernanda could get her green card. The couple was married in 2005, but are said to have lived in separate homes for the majority of their union. If found guilty, the two could spend the next five years living under the same jail house roof. This all seems a little unfair since more than half of Hollywood marriage turn out to be shams anyway.
