Former Playboy Playmate Kari Ann Peniche had a couple goes at rehab, on the shows "Celebrity Rehab" and "Sober House," as well as at an undisclosed rehab facility, this time for meth addiction. Peniche left the rehab center after three days to go find her boyfriend, who was supposed to check into the facility as well and never showed up. She intended to return at some point to finish her treatment, but after seeing her awful behavior on "Celebrity Rehab," I doubt the doctors are in any rush to get her back. [Bitten and Bound]
