As you can see in this photo, Maggie Gyllenhaal is a fan of breastfeeding. But the actress and baby daddy Peter Sarsgaard also apparently used cloth diapers on both daughter Ramona and their newborn daughter Gloria Ray. Gyllenhaal is familiar with a number of more "extreme" aspects of AP -- including family bed and an anti-stroller mentality -- because she played an AP parent in the movie "Away We Go."
