Last year, Pauly Shore sued his brother Peter for "improperly" removing him from the board of directors of his family's business, The Comedy Store in Hollywood. Pauly also claimed his brother failed to produce tax returns and monthly cash flow reports for the company for 36 months at the time of the suit. Shore claimed his brother manipulated their mother into taking him off the board, saying that her Parkinson's Disease "rendered her susceptible to unscrupulous behavior and undue influence."
