He may not be a celebrity, per se, but New Jersey Councilman Eugene Robinson's dry spell got him into trouble. Apparently, he hadn't had sex in 20 years when a woman came on to him. Turns out she was a prostitute hired by his rivals and the whole thing was taped. ”I was so surprised,” he said in court. ”I, um, hadn’t really had any sexual activity since ‘89.
