- Beyonce told People in 2008, "Sasha Fierce was born when I did ‘Crazy in Love.’" So, what happened in the "Crazy In Love" video that indicates the birth of Sasha Fierce? Dancing which "mimics ritual sex for initiation." She's then "surrounded by girls who emulate her," and then the car she was riding in at the beginning of the video -- when she was just innocent sweet Beyonce! -- blows up, representing the death of art which has now been taken over by evil!
