Linda Lovelace

Linda Lovelace

Born Linda Susan Boreman, Linda starred in the successful and iconic hardcore pornographic film “Deep Throat” in 1972. Born in the Bronx, New York, Linda appeared in various “8mm hard-core fetish loops” made for peep shows, including the 1971 bestiality film “Dog Fucker.” Other films starring Linda flopped, including the R-rated “Deep Throat Part II” (1974) and the soft-core porno “Linda Lovelace for President” (1975). Before her death in April 2002, Linda, a radical feminist, testified before the Meese Commission, explaining her post-career opposition to pornography.
