Paycheck #2: Undereye Concealer

Your second purchase for your makeup bag makeover will be undereye concealer for dark circles under your peepers. I use it underneath my eyes, in the corners, and on my lids. For years I wore regular concealer — like the kind you cover pimples with — around my eyes but it always looked so heavy on the fine skin. Then last year Dior sent me their Skinflash Radiance Booster Pen and I fell in love. It covers up the dark circles but also has light reflecting particles in it (similar to highligher) that make your eyes look bigger. Unfortunately Dior makeup isn't in my budget, so I found a similar product made by Neutrogena. It's not as high-quality, but that's why it costs $30 less, I suppose.
