The good news is, the vast majority of those walking the red carpet at last night's Emmy Awards were dressed nicely. Some I loved more than others (Edie Falco! Emily VanCamp!), but most were difficult to find fault with. And then there were these 13 dresses. I'm sorry, but they were just straight up terrible.
