Tuna & Mayo

Let me be clear. I am not a mayo hater. In fact, mayonnaise is in my top five condiments of all time (alongside hot sauce and sour cream). And I consider it a necessary component of a delightful tuna salad sandwich. But the idea of tuna and mayo being reduced to the flavor dust coated on chips just seems so wrong to me. I'm a purist.
