No, not the real Jackie O. Parker Posey plays a mentally unstable young woman who thinks she's Jackie O in this dark indie comedy. Jackie is also in love with her twin brother Marty, and goes into a murderous rage when he brings his new fiance home. In fairness, I would be pissed if my brother brought home Tori Spelling too.
