I've always thought that Pink is kind of awesome --if not for her music, for the fact that she actually sings live while doing all sorts of high-flying aerial routines during her live show. But last night, at a concert in Germany, she had a bit of a fall at the beginning of "So What." As she was hooked into her gear, a malfunction sent Pink flying off stage. With her mike clearly on, she said, "Oh, that hurt like a motherf***er." And then, silence.
She was taken to the hospital and an hour later wrote fans via Twitter, "I'm so so so sorry to end the show that way. I'm embarrassed …I'm in ambulance now but I will b fine. Didn't get clipped in2 harness correctly, drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade…I hope it at least looked cool!!! Nothing's broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore." [People]
