Isaiah Washington & Katherine Heigl (“Grey’s Anatomy”)

Katherine Heigl openly stated that she was "not cool" with Isaiah Washington. The whole thing started when Washington used a gay slur when referring to co-star T. R. Knight, who also happens to be Heigl's best friend. Washington denied saying the f-word, but T.R. Knight appeared on the "Ellen" show to refute that and then Heigl suggested that Washington "needs to just not speak in public." It was a mess and all three actors eventually left the show.
