I am pretty sure I could put any woman next to Joe Francis and tell you their friendship is a bad idea. Francis started the sleazy "Girls Gone Wild" franchise and has been accused multiple times of sexual assault. Tara Reid was friends with him at the beginning of her downward spiral from "American Pie" fame. Coincidence?
