Even though it's bad for me professionally -- because they give me nothing to blog about -- I appreciate those Hollywood couples who don't trot their relationship out for the paparazzi or to red carpet events. This isn't a criticism of celebrity couples who do attend events together -- or even those ones who don't avoid high-profile restaurants etc. -- but I like how protective Gwyneth seems to be of her marriage and her children. She appears to balance family and career very well and that is admirable.
