Dionne Warwick might want to ask some of her Psychic Friends for help with her back taxes. As of last year, she owed $2.18 million, down from a debt of $2.67 million in 2007. Her publicist explained, "Ms. Warwick is aware of the tax situation which resulted from the negligence of previous business advisers.
