One of the original members of "The View," Star Jones was popular with fans, but when she reached 307 pounds, she decided to undergo gastric bypass surgery in 2003 and lost 150 pounds. Only she didn't admit that she had the surgery for another four years and, according to Oprah, she "lost the trust of her viewers" and lost her spot on the talk show.
