Well, the police stations across the world must have had a year of full moons because 2010 brought on some really weird crimes. They range form minor acts to serious jail time, but all of these offenses are truly strange. Look no further than actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi. The two were arrested in September of this year for burglary after squatting in one of their former homes.
