Madonna can pretty much have whatever she wants and usually does. Apparently, she spends more on private Pilates lessons annually "than a minimum-wage worker makes all year." And instead of having to go to stores, Madonna looks through designer's look books and often spends about $60,000 per flip-through. I guess that's what happens when you become a material girl!
