Blair Waldorf, “Gossip Girl”

Yes, she's petty and spoiled and mean, and sure, the show is a hollow shell of what it used to be. But! Blair is also whip smart and has finally grown out of her terrible headband-wearing phase. She is the thin soul of the show -- if "Gossip Girl" were to have such a thing -- and as long as Blair's little heart continues to stay just this side of deep freeze, we'll keep watching.
