Taco Bell thought outside the bun and into a land of bad ideas with this one. The Black Jack Taco was a promotional item released around Halloween. As you can see, the taco is well-costumed as a piece of asphalt. I am sure that the pepper jack taco twist was probably pretty tasty, but I could never get past the fresh tar look of the shell. Apparently I wasn't the only one -- the Black Jack Taco has disappeared.
