Sheryl Crow has been through a lot in the past couple years, but was at her worst while she was recording her fifth album, C'mon C'mon. She was bedridden for six months with depression. With therapy, Prozac, and lots of physical activity, Crow eventually got herself through, but admits, "During some of those darkest days I'd hardly get out of bed and just let the phone ring and ring. Small problems became insurmountable and so I shied away from normal behavior. It seemed easier to duck out of life that way." [The Free Library]
