Hippos might look all cute and soft and squishy, but in actuality they will fuck you up. Their intense aggression and stunning speed makes them one of the most dangerous animals in Africa. Crocodiles might look scarier, but they're not nearly as mean. Case in point: if you happen to be canoeing past a hippo when they're in a bad mood, they will bite out your heart.
