Since “professional” club kid was a nonpaying position, Deirdre started a string of fashion & media jobs. Her adventures included working for iconic punk designer Stephen Spouse and famed pop artist Keith Haring before she was old enough to legally down a cocktail.  Later she did stints at Elle Magazine and Harper Bazaar and eventually moved on to television where she became the On Air Art Director for Vh1.  Jealous about all the swag a friend was receiving working in events & marketing she switched gears again and this time plans to stay put.  New York is Deirdre‘s hometown and she currently resides in Harlem where she obsesses on her four favorite things: decorating, entertaining, The Commity and yoga.
