The last thing I was expecting was an album from actor Jeremy Sisto. Especially one sung by his alter ego, Escape Tailor. Think Counting Crows front man Adam Duritz if he were an albino clown. Sometimes, we suppose, even celebrities need a few extra bucks. Maybe they want to buy a new Benz or a house in the south of France or add a bowling alley to the basement of their mansion? Either way, they often turn to advertising when singing, acting or modeling gigs start to dry up. But some celebrity endorsements have left us scratching our heads. Take Lisa Rinna, for instance, who announced she would be the new spokesperson for Depends Silhouettes. But not because she has bladder control issues. Because she wants to empower women. Breaking Mel Gibson news! While dining at Madeo restaurant in West Hollywood this week, Mel was informed by his waiter that they only served breadsticks on the weekends. So Mel allegedly took matters into his own hands and bribed the waiter to run down the block and buy him $100 worth of breadsticks. Why? Our guess is as good as yours. “He just loves breadsticks!” a witness theorized. We’re not totally satisfied with that explanation, so we’ve come up with a few of our own. Is it just me or does it seems like everyone in the world has a dog? Maybe it just seems that way because I’m seething with jealousy that I don’t have a white fluffy thing to cuddle and play stupid games with. But I’ll tell you what part of dog parentage I’m not jealous of: the part where you have to pick up their steaming pile of poop. What a pain! Not even Aubrey O’Day is too good to scoop the feces of her dyed pink (female) Maltese Ginger and (male) Pomeranian Mary Ann. Ten bucks says she adopts another dog and names it Skipper. This Target greeting card is one of those things that was offensive to begin with, but crossed way over the good taste line when Whitney Houston passed away. Luckily, the chain had the good sense to realize that they needed to get the card off the shelves ASAP. “The card was in our stores prior to Ms. Houston’s death. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we began the process of removing the card from all applicable stores,” a rep told TMZ. Still, I’m cringing.
