Topshop‘s celebrity mascot Kate Moss is out. Does that mean Rihanna is next in line? Some are speculating that the pop star may be in talks to design a line for the British fashion chain. We’ll admit, the evidence isn’t all too convincing—that she had lunch with Sir Philip Green in Barbados and “could” have been talking about a collaboration. (For those who don’t know, Mr. Green is a business tycoon and Topshop’s owner.)
But it’s an interesting thought. Rihanna often hovers between worst dressed and best dressed … we wonder what her collection would look like. Do you think this would be hot or not? [Daily Mail]

Here’s a testament to just how loyal readers of fashion blogs are: when Sea of Shoes blogger Jane Aldridge announced an art contest on her site, she received hundreds of submissions. Asking readers to interpret their favorite spring runway look, people came up with all sorts of crazy things from paintings and illustrations to ” dolls, cakes, animals, and dresses made of paint swatches.” You can see a huge gallery of the submissions on her Flickr page, or check out the latest entry to see her top 15.
